We are currently looking for a
Head of collection with a solid experience in call-center management who is ready to join the strong team of like-minded people and participate in the development of the application for 1.2 billion people in Africa!
Responsibilities include:• Building and development of the collection department (call-center) from scratch
• Assistance with hiring call-center specialists
• Development of scripts and customer communication strategies
• Development and testing various hypotheses together with our Risk and Data analysts
We expect from a future colleague: - Experience in building the collection department within MFO
- Management skills (>10 people team)
- Understanding the specifics of collection's KPIs
- Experience in formulating and testing hypotheses
